Job Description:

1. Front Desk & Customer Service:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

2. Appointment & Schedule Management:

• Manage appointment bookings and maintain schedules.


• Assist in organizing meetings and handling administrative tasks.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

3. Communication & Language Support:

• Must have German B1 level proficiency or be willing to learn German.


• Communicate effectively in English and German with customers and colleagues.


• Handle translation or interpretation tasks if required.

4. Administrative & Office Support:

• Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.


• Process paperwork, invoices, and reports as needed.


• Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.


• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.


• Work closely with management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Age: 25 – 40 years

✅ Gender: Female candidates only

✅ Language Requirements:

• German B1 Level Proficiency (preferred)


• OR willingness to learn the German language


• Must be proficient in English
