Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers via calls, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collection
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely recovery
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
- Escalate critical cases to the concerned team when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–3 years in collections, telecalling, or customer service
