Job Role

We are hiring Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives who can promote and sell E-Media Institute Franchise across India by connecting with potential leads, explaining business opportunities, and converting them into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads (provided by company or self-generated)
• Explain franchise model, investment plan, and earning potential
• Convert interested prospects into franchise partners
• Maintain daily call reports in Google Sheets / CRM
• Follow up with hot and warm leads regularly
• Handle WhatsApp chats, messages, and inquiries
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Experience in telesales / telecalling preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Must have smartphone or laptop with stable internet

Salary & Incentives

• Basic Pay: ₹10,000/month
  (Applicable on completion of 2000 calls/month)
• Important Condition:
  Candidate must ensure a minimum ₹20,000 wallet recharge/month (sales performance requirement)
• Incentive Structure:
  • 30% commission on franchisee wallet recharge
  • Incentive applicable after achieving ₹20,000 recharge threshold
• Payout Cycle: Daily
• Earning Potential: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (performance-based)
